Different people will always have different intentions. It cannot be removed from the society. It will go on. As you said rightly in the article, the only concern is that such people contaminate the Naturism itself..

It's mainly for this very reason that I no longer go to beaches that have a "traditional naturist beach" status. Those are the only ones you find meerkat behaviour - some worse than others. Meerkats don't go to general public beaches, and it's never a problem finding a suitable spot there to skinny dip and sunbathe. Clothed people in general have no problem with a naked person behaving appropriately. At Opoutere and Kaiaua I've even had family groups set up their picnic spot only a few meters away from me without any issue.

Then there are the creepy males that walk along the beach fully clothed where there are nudists and plonk themselves down a few metres away from you and sit there for a while perving at you and your Mrs. I get pissed off and tell them to leave in no uncertain terms.
