I'm a bit late to this (busy work period), but thank you for sharing this. This song is a GEM! I love that it's so light and catchy. The lyrics absolutely express the concepts that many are trying to get across about authenticity.
I notice that the concept of "naked" goes through smaller waves if acceptance in the mainstream. For example, "naked" food as less processed, organic, etc. "Naked" makeup as feeling less artificial. Even with the associations of nude sunbathing on vacation as fun and skinny dipping as playful. I wonder if we sometimes take it all too seriously and forget about the joy in being something less common, less mainstream.
I'm down with this as an anthem for summer 2024! Come be naked with me. ☀️ 🌊
Nice song & the content of the song is quite different. It can be a naturism anthem. Anyways, the song is good one. Song lyrics & the song melody are two different entities & many listeners who are more keen towards melody, may neglect the lyrics..

Great Song... It's available on Amazon for .99 cents so now it's in my music collection
I first heard Joe Nichol's "Tequila makes her clothes fall off" and have thought it should be re-written as "Sunshine makes our clothes fall off".
I liked the fact he was singing about his grandma.
I've always liked "Buck Naked" by David Byrne.
Another candidate: "Uniform" by Pete Townshend, from the album "All the Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes"
