Beautifully expressed article in simple but very effective way. Best wishes for your photography projects & for the income out of it.

"I guess I have become somewhat disillusioned with online naturist spaces and the constant battle to differentiate between naturism and sexual content. Sometimes it feels like one step forward and two steps backwards." I feel this para is the crux of your article.

I can feel the overall sentiments which you have well expressed through this article. Please keep on writing, at your own convenient time & the mood.

Thank you for this post. You are wonderful at sharing your thoughts and your life. I understand this battle that naturist and nudist deal with in our lives. We can only hope, that the continuing effort by younger people that are finding Naturism, this kind of life will be supported for many more generations. It is not like it was a few decades ago and I am sure it will change more in the years to come. But I am with you on the fact that we have our life now and we should enjoy what makes us happy in our own skin.

We have people that have heard the radio station and sought us out to see for themselves what it is all about. It is a great feeling to witness someone see the light and how great one feels to see themselves for what and who they are in their own skin. It is not about seeing others Nude, It is about being Nude and understanding you are you. But you understand this. You do you Bop.

Thanks again for all your past contributions and for those you have for us in the future.

BOP Badger,

Thank you for your post, and the previous work that you have shared, I too understand the preaching to deaf ears concept, too soon naturist blogs will fall into obscurity, as we fail to get the sort of support that realistic content creators need while porn and tease culture becomes the norm.

I am sad to see you close off the naturist side of your blog, but wish you well with he photography.

All the Best

Boris

First, congratulations on your other pursuits.

Second, needless to say (but I'm saying this anyway), I'm sorry you've reached this point, but I understand. I have appreciated what you've written in the past and wish you well going forward.

I enjoy photography too, But mine is underwater video and photos while Scuba diving. It is an aim and shoot camera, with no F-stop settings. It is a learn as you go and do it. It is the size of a flashlight, so getting into small spaces is possible. And sometimes I can be naked while enjoying it. Depend on the beach and who I am diving with.

I've had long fallow periods too,to be honest unless you have a fortune circling the naturist globe, there's only so much you can say about getting naked, either in a physical or philosophical way.

Great article as always Steve. It is a minefield and the reason as a naturist female of a certain vintage that all my Social media accounts are locked. So I can get all followers. It's a sad state but worth it. Enjoy the photography. I keep saying I will get back I to it. I have had an SLR since I was 17... In 1978 . I now follow you on Instagram.... Along with other sites. Flickr is a great sharing site that can be useful for togs.

It is sad that it had to go this way. You are right, for a woman it might even be worse when trying to promote or even just describe naturism. The online comments aren't a problem really, it's the private messages that are slowly but surely throwing me off. I was hoping Substack to be more of a safe and gentle community, which it mainly is, but I guess these predators and toxic people are everywhere.

Good luck with your photography project, and hopefully you continue to find joy in nature and naturism.

I, too, a clearly advertised Het Male get a surprising number of pings from other men. Yeah, it does make you appreciate how a woman or girl must feel when guys make assumptions about them, too.

I understand your feeling online. I've posted non-sexual nude photos of me hiking in various areas. The amount of rude comments from men is really disturbing.

I've decided to give up promoting naturism on line and stick to my nature photography.

Good luck! I'm looking forward to checking out your work!
